A digital gift card that can be sent via email or social media such as LINE.
Even if you don't know the recipient's preferences or size, you can purchase a digital gift card and easily send it via email as a gift to a friend or loved one.

How to give
1. Select the gift card amount
You can choose from four denominations: 3,000 yen, 5,000 yen, 10,000 yen, and 20,000 yen.
2. Select how you want to send the gift card and place your order
・If you know the recipient's email address, check "Send as a gift" and fill in the required fields. You can also add a message as an option. The gift card will be sent to the email address you entered when completing your order.
・If you do not know the recipient's email address, uncheck "Send as a gift" and proceed with payment. After the order is completed, a gift card will be sent to the purchaser's email address. Please share the code and URL with the recipient via social media.

How to use
1. Add the product to your cart
This gift card can only be used on the official TOOT website (https://www.toot.jp/). Add your favorite products to your cart on the site.
2. Check your balance and code on the gift card page
Please check your balance and copy the code using the gift card URL we sent you when you purchased your gift card.
3. Enter the code on the checkout page and make your purchase
Please enter the gift card code in the coupon code field. The remaining amount of the gift card will be applied to your payment. Please confirm that it has been applied before completing the payment.
・If you have any money left on your gift card, please use it for your next purchase.
・If the amount on the gift card is insufficient to cover the payment, please pay the remaining balance by credit card or cash on delivery.

Non-members are also welcome to use this service. If you register as a member, you will receive points that can be used for shopping when you make a purchase or on your birthday, so we recommend that you register as a member before making a purchase.
Order completion emails and gift emails are usually sent within 5 minutes of completing payment. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, it may be due to the email being filtered into your spam folder, spam filter settings, or a mistaken input of your email address. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
You will not receive points when purchasing a gift card. You will receive points when purchasing a product using a gift card.
Currently, there is no expiration date.
The difference will be left as a balance, which you can use towards your next purchase.
If you purchase more products than the balance on your gift card, you can pay the difference by credit card or cash on delivery.
We cannot reissue gift cards. Please keep the URL and code of the gift card in a safe place.
