About Membership Registration and My Page
If you register as a member of the TOOT official website, you can enjoy shopping at a discount by earning member points that can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen, using occasional coupons, and receiving email newsletters with information about new products. You can register as a memberhere .
■Member benefits: You can use member points, which can be used at 1 point = 1 yen, and irregular coupons.
・You will receive 500 points when you register as a member.
・If you register your birthday, we will give you 1,000 points on your birthday.
・You will receive 5 points (rounded up) for every 100 yen you spend.
・We will send you information about new products via email newsletter.

The password must be at least five alphanumeric characters , but cannot include a space at the beginning or end. To prevent unauthorized logins, we ask that you set a secure password by increasing the number of digits, combining different character types, and not reusing similar passwords.
The email address or password you entered may be different from the one you registered. Please check that you have entered the correct capitalization, that there are no spaces before or after the characters, etc.

Click on "Forgot your password?" in the password entry field on the member login page , and enter the email address you used to register as a member on the password reissue page.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to reissue your password, so please follow the instructions to reissue your password.
If you wish to change your membership information, please contact us via the inquiry page and let us know the items you wish to change. We will make the changes to your information.
If you do not receive confirmation of the changes within three business days, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us again.

The rules have changed due to the system transfer in November 2022.
Membership points are managed according to the following rules:
・If you log in as a member, you can use your points for shopping on the official website at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
・You will receive 5 points (rounded up) for every 100 yen you spend. If you spend 1,001 yen, you will receive 51 points. Calculation formula: 1001÷100×5=50.05=51 points
・Member points and coupons cannot be used together.
・Member points are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition.
・Member points will expire on the expiration date.
(Example) If the expiration date is November 15th, your membership points will be valid until 23:59 on November 14th, and will expire at 0:00 on November 15th (24:00 on November 14th).
・Member points are managed by linking them to your email address. Even if you are not a registered member or have forgotten to log in, you can still earn points if you use the same email address to make purchases.
- The expiration date of member points will be overwritten when new points are acquired (by purchasing a product).
・Points earned when you make a purchase will be awarded after the product you ordered has been shipped.
・You will receive 1,000 points on your birthday if you register your birthday in your membership information. (The points will now be awarded on the day of your birthday, rather than at the beginning of the month in which your birthday falls.)
The rules for member points depend on the point system.
Please note that the point system operator may unintentionally change the member point rules or terminate the system due to circumstances beyond their control.
If any changes occur in the system, we will notify you via our official website NEWS and email newsletter.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us via the Contact Us page.
Once your request is confirmed, your member data will be deleted within approximately 10 days.
Please note that once your member data has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
About the product
The category can be determined by the first two letters of the product code.
(Example) BC060300 → "BC": BASIC category
Underwear can be broadly categorized as follows:
◆ BASIC (BC): A classic TOOT product that is reproduced.
◆ COLLECTION : Limited edition products released every week based on a seasonal theme. Generally, they will not be reproduced.
■ Boxers : Low-rise boxers are TOOT's signature style.
・ULTRA MICRO Boxer (CB): A boxer with a standard length from TOOT. Easy to wear for anyone, it makes a great gift.
- NANO Boxer (NB): TOOT's most popular length of boxer. This is the boxer that most represents TOOT style.
・Super NANO Boxer (SN): TOOT's shortest boxer. Recommended for a stylish and sexy look.
・Long boxers (LB, SB): These are long boxers that reach just above the knee. Recommended for those who play sports or are concerned about chafing between the legs.
■ Trunks : These trunks use TOOT's distinctive front cup.
- Fit Trunks (FT): Trunks with a front cup that provide a stable and lightweight fit.
- Hybrid Trunks (HT): The inner cups are sewn into the main fabric, giving you a sense of freedom and ease of movement.
■ Bikini :
・Cup bikini (CV): A bikini featuring a front cup with three-dimensional stitching.
- Flat bikini (FF, DF): A bikini with no front cups that provides a comfortable fit.
In addition to the above, there are other detailed categories, and we are also developing new categories.
The size chart can be found under the description on each product page.
When it comes to underwear, the fit around the hips rather than the waist determines how comfortable it is, so we recommend choosing based on your hip measurement.

Please note that product images may appear different from the actual product colors depending on the settings of your computer or smartphone.
Please refer to the washing instructions on the product itself and the precautions on the product page before washing.
■ Washing tips to ensure long-lasting use
1. Use a laundry net → This reduces stress on the fabric.
2. Do not use a dryer. This may cause damage to the fabric, shrinkage, or fading.
3. Use an appropriate amount of detergent → Excessive detergent will not be rinsed properly and may damage the fabric.
4. Separate colored and patterned items → Separating dark and light colors will help prevent color transfer. If the colors of the elastic and fabric are different, prioritize the color of the fabric.
5. Dry in the shade in a well-ventilated area → Direct sunlight will accelerate deterioration and discoloration of the fabric.
6. Wear your items in frequent rotation -- the more frequently you use them, the faster they will deteriorate due to friction.
7. Store in a place with low humidity and out of direct sunlight. High humidity will accelerate the deterioration of the fabric, causing yellowing and discoloration.
All products other than our BASIC line products (product numbers beginning with BC) are produced in limited quantities and are available in limited quantities only for the first run.
Therefore, restocks are generally not made, but there is a possibility that items may be restocked irregularly due to cancellations, returns, etc.
In addition, if we decide to exceptionally reproduce (resell) the product, we will inform customers who are registered as members of the official website via email newsletters and social media.
The underwear we sell is carefully produced one by one by craftsmen at our own factory in Hyuga City, Miyazaki Prefecture.
About orders and shipping
Simply adding an item to your cart will not secure the item in stock.
Depending on the timing of payment, you may not be able to make a purchase.
We do not accept reservations for product orders.
Please check our email newsletter and our social media for release announcements.
We have gift sets available for a fee (220 yen).
If you would like a gift set, please add it to your cart from the product page.
You can choose to pay online through Shopify Payment or cash on delivery.
The following methods are available for online payment:
・Credit card payment (JCB/ VISA/ MASTER/ AMERICAN EXPRESS/ DINERS)
・Google Pay payment ・Apple Pay payment
*Debit cards may not be accepted at some financial institutions.
For cash on delivery, you can pay by cash or credit card to the Yamato Transport delivery person when you receive the product.
*Cash on delivery is not available for first-time purchases.
Domestic shipping costs are 500 yen nationwide.
We will cover the shipping costs for orders over 5,000 yen.
A cash on delivery fee of 330 yen will be charged in addition to the payment amount.
To use your membership points, please log in after registering as a member.
[How to use points]
When making a purchase, after clicking "Proceed to Checkout" you will be directed to the checkout page, where you will need to enter the number of points you wish to use in the "Number of points to use" field and then click the "Use" button.
*If you are using a smartphone, the [Number of points to use] field will be displayed below the order summary (if you are purchasing multiple items, press [View] to the right of the order summary).
The points you have used will be deducted from the product price and the product price will change.
After checking that the discount has been applied, press the "Buy Now" button if you are paying by credit card, or the "Complete Order" button if you are paying by cash on delivery, to confirm your payment.
* *Member points and coupons cannot be used together.
*When you use points, a point discount code will be automatically generated randomly.
*If you wish to cancel the points you have used, please press the "X" mark on the point discount code that was automatically generated at random.
*If you want to change the points you use, please re-enter the number of points you want to use in the [Number of points to use] field and press the "Use" button.
When using a coupon, after you click "Proceed to Checkout" during the purchase process, you will be taken to the checkout page, where you will enter the coupon code in the field marked "Coupon Code or Gift Card" and press the "Apply" button.
The coupon code entry field is on the right side of the page if you are viewing from a computer, and at the bottom of the page if you are viewing from a smartphone.
Membership points and coupons cannot be used together.

You can order delivery to a Yamato Transport office.
If you would like to have your package delivered to our office, please fill in the "Delivery address" fields as follows:
・Name: Please enter the name of the person placing the order (the recipient) .
・Address: The address of the Yamato Transport office you would like to receive your package. Please enter "Delivery to XX Office" at the end of the address.
・Phone Number: Please enter the phone number of the person placing the order (receiver) .
If you would like us to call you when your order has arrived at our office, please click on "Add order note" on the cart page and enter "Please call me when your order arrives at our office."
When receiving the product at the office, you will need the ID of the orderer entered in the "Delivery address", the waybill number (the tracking number provided in the product shipping email), and the recipient's seal . For details, please see the Yamato Transport website.
You can choose one shipping address per order.
If you would like your items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
For domestic deliveries, delivery will take approximately 1-3 days after your order is placed.
Orders placed by 6AM every business day will be prepared for shipping.
Please select the date on the calendar and enter it in the delivery date input field on the cart page.
Your order will be shipped 1-3 business days prior to your specified delivery date.
The time periods you can choose are as follows:
If you do not specify a delivery date and time when placing your order , we will deliver your order at the earliest possible delivery date and time.

The official TOOT website does not retain any credit card information, so we do not retain any credit card information.

Due to environmental considerations, we no longer include a delivery note in our shipments.
The order confirmation email sent after placing your order and the order history on your member page will serve as a delivery note.
Please contact us via the inquiry page to request a receipt. When you do so, please include your order number.
Once we have confirmed the arrival of your order, we will send you a reply with the URL for the electronic receipt.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Returns due to customer reasons will only be accepted if the product is unopened and unused .
Please contact us via the inquiry page within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once you have received an email from us confirming your return request, please send the product back to the return address provided via email, prepaid .
Please pack the item in the same way as when you received it, taking into consideration the risk of damage during shipping, such as cardboard boxes, etc.
Once your return is confirmed, we will send you an email with refund instructions.
In addition, when returning an item, you may be required to pay an administrative fee (¥550 - ¥1,100).
In the case of refunds that incur administrative fees, these will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our company. If the product passes inspection (meets the return criteria), we will proceed with the return and exchange procedure.
Please note that we will not accept returns of items that have wear or damage (wrinkles, scratches, etc.) that would not occur if the item was unopened and unused, or items that smell of perfume or tobacco.
■If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we apologize for any inconvenience, but please contact us via the inquiry page within 7 days of receiving the product.
After that, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please send the product back to the return address we will inform you of via email, cash on delivery .
Please pack the item in the same way as when you received it, taking into consideration the risk of damage during shipping, such as cardboard boxes, etc.
Once we receive your order, we will send you the correct product immediately.
■ If you would like to exchange part of the product you received
We only accept items that are unopened and unused .
Please contact us via the inquiry page within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once you have received an email from us confirming your request for an exchange, please send the product back to the return address we will send you via email, prepaid .
Please pack the item in the same way as when you received it, taking into consideration the risk of damage during shipping, such as cardboard boxes, etc.
Once we receive the product, we will send you a replacement product.
Returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our company. If the product passes inspection (meets the return criteria), we will proceed with the return and exchange procedure.
Please note that we will not accept returns of items that have wear or damage (wrinkles, scratches, etc.) that would not occur if the item was unopened and unused, or items that smell of perfume or tobacco.
If it is before shipping, please contact us via the inquiry page , stating your order number and name.
Generally, we are unable to accept cancellations at the time we send you the product shipping notification, as the package has already been handed over to the delivery company.
If the delivery company returns the package, you may be required to pay the actual shipping cost and an administrative fee (¥550 - ¥1,100).
