How to transfer membership information
Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
For customers who registered as members of the TOOT official website on the previous site, an email was sent from web@toot.jp to the registered email address on November 16, 2022 with the subject "Information on Activating Your Membership Account."
*Distribution was completed at 1:00 AM on November 17, 2022.
Please click the "Activate your account" button in the email to transfer your membership information.
Your password does not need to be the same as your previous one; please set a new password consisting of at least five alphanumeric characters.
After the transfer, 1,000 points will be added to the membership points you had before the transfer.
If you have not received the "Member Account Activation Information" email, your membership information has not been transferred, or you have any other issues, please contact us via the inquiry page .
