The official TOOT website has revised its point system, which was requested by many customers, to make it easier to understand.

The changes are mainly in the following three points. (Reference image is a smartphone screen)

The points you earn are now displayed (in orange letters) under the product price on the product details page, making it clearer how many points you earn when you purchase a product. (Earned points are It will also be displayed on the cart page.)

You can now check your points and their expiration date from the "Customer Information" section of your My Page. You can also check your point acquisition history from the "Order Details" section of your product purchases.
*If you are viewing this on a smartphone, after logging in to your My Page, tap on "Order Details" at the top of the page. The options for "Customer Information" and "Log Out" will then appear at the bottom of the screen.

In order to improve UI/UX, we have eliminated the pop-up display and input of points, and now all points can be used within the cart page.

In addition, your date of birth is displayed in your "Customer Information" and if you have not yet set your birthday, you can do so here. If you set your birthday, you will receive 1,000 points on your birthday, so we encourage you to do so.

*Please note: If you change your birthday settings, you will not receive any birthday points for one year from the date on which you were last awarded birthday points.

Example: On October 30, 2023, you change your birthday from May 1, 2000 to November 20, 2000.
Since your birthday points have already been awarded on May 1, 2023, you will not be awarded birthday points on November 20, 2023. Instead, you will be awarded points on November 20, 2024.
